Basic Membership Requirements

1. The member organization must have at least 10 full time employees that can present identification at sign in. ID must be in the form of a business card, company ID, pay stub, or the like. 

2. The member organization must have one 'point person' who will be resposible for initiating and maintaining the relationship. This person needs to contact ownership directly to set up the relationship. 

Terms and Conditions

The discount applies only to services, and not to gift certificates or products. Employees of member companies need to present valid ID at the time of purchase to recieve discount. Members will be asked to present valid ID every 3-6 months to keep records up to date. The discount does not extend to family and friends.
