I love Bikram yoga! I recently had knee surgery and since i could not run and barely do elipticals my father turned me on to yoga. Within the first two classes I got six more degrees of rotation in my knee and the doctors were extremely impressed. I will keep doing bikram yoga even after my knee is better. It is a great workout that makes you feel great when you walk out of the room. |
