Mike, 38, Stress Relief


I started Bikram Yoga to reduce stress and anxiety.  The way you feel
mentally and physically is amazing, this yoga definitely changes you for the
better.  By also improving flexibility and back strength I have eliminated
my neck and back muscle pains.  I have tried jogging, lifting, gym, and
other sports, but practicing Bikram Yoga has been the best thing I have done
for myself.  You have to TRY Bikram Yoga to witness first hand the many
benefits.
